counselling

One-to-one counselling sessions online, or by phone, during this difficult time when many people are self-isolating due to the virus. I am also offering counselling sessions face-to-face for those who are well, and will always keep clients up-to-date with my own health and those with whom I have been in contact.

Although I usually offer home visits for those too ill to travel, I am unfortunately unable to do this at the moment due to the virus.

Free 20-minute phone conversation to discuss the counselling or coaching plan that would work best for you.

SARAH OFFERS

To be genuinely effective in the long term, any psychological intervention needs to be based on a solid understanding of the real causes of emotional distress (including depression, PTSD/phobias, anxiety disorders, postnatal depressionpsychosis, addictions, anger management and behavioural problems) and take into account your own unique biopsychosocial needs.

To achieve this, it’s vital to choose a counsellor who understands your emotional needs, encourages you to feel heard and understood, is strong enough to share your pain, and can hold the vision of who you are working towards becoming.

Sarah uses the most effective therapeutic techniques for resolving emotional distress (drawn from a wide range of proven approaches, including CBT and others approved by NICE). This makes your therapy short and cost-effective.

Please do get in touch with Sarah if you would like to book an appointment or hear more about her counselling in Guildford, Farnham, and Haslemere. Sarah offers a free 20-minute phone conversation to discuss the counselling or coaching plan that would work best for you.
