Anger Management

How do you manage your anger? It’s one of the most difficult emotions to handle, and very few of us are taught how to deal with it. Aristotle believed that “To be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way – that is not…easy.” And I think most of us would agree.

But you can learn techniques to deal with your anger intelligently.

To know if that’s something that could be of help to you, you might ask yourself these questions:

Is your anger making you isolated and depressed?
Do you hold it in until you finally explode?
Do you take it out on someone other than the person with whom you’re angry?
Would you judge yourself to be critical of others?
Do you come across as calm and polite when you’re seething on the inside?

If so, you may benefit from anger management coaching.

The good news is that you can make your anger work for you to help you transform your life and your health.

If you would like to learn how to discuss your differences with others while staying in control of your emotions, learn how to express your needs calmly and, as a result, improve your relationships and the quality of your life, you may want to consider some anger management coaching.

“When I started seeing Sarah, there wasn’t a door left in my house, and my partner had left me. So many very difficult things had happened to me, I’d suffered so much loss, I could no longer control my anger. After two sessions with Sarah, I was feeling so much. Six weeks later, I was fixing up the house, my partner came home, and I got myself a job. Thank you so much.”
