Mindfulness Meditation

…well this course has been devised with you in mind. Extensive research has shown regular practise of mindfulness meditation (even over as short a period as eight weeks) to deliver on all of these points. This course will give you a thorough grounding in several meditation techniques, and give you a good start to establishing a long-term practice.
