This course is designed to show you how you can train your willpower muscle so that you can turn your wishes into realised goals. It draws on a wide range of psychology research findings to teach you the most successful techniques to creating enhanced willpower. And, because it is spread over 10 weeks, you will get plenty of opportunity to try out your new-learnt skills.
