Weekend course, 4th-5th October 2014

Guildford, 10am-5pm

Would you like to feel in control of your life? Would you like to feel free to be the real you?

This course is designed as a part of the journey towards those goals. It is equally suited to those who are just starting out and those who have already made substantial progress.

Through the weekend, you will learn a number of different techniques from EFT tapping. These are designed as easy, effective, and progressive methods for promoting change.

How do you know if your habit is an addiction?

For some of us, it may be clear that the quality of our lives is being compromised by our habits; we may be drinkers, smokers, gamblers, shoppers, recreational drug users, or overly reliant on sex.

Yet, when you get down to it, there’s probably not one of us who isn’t addicted to something. At first glance, our habit – or addiction – may not seem to be a problem; it doesn’t seem to be affecting our lives in any obvious way. Perhaps it is nothing more than needing approval, or admiration, from others; using anger as a means of getting our own way; indulging in a spending spree after experiencing a disappointment; wanting to be the best; needing to be right

…There are any number of habits out there – one of which, when you take a close look, you may decide that you are dependent on.

And, at heart, all these habits take their toll.

For those of us who need approval, our lives can be severely restricted by this addiction. It can affect the choices and friends we make, the paths we take – in fact, it can completely change the essence of who we are.

If you are addicted to anger, you may find yourself losing jobs, friends, even family. And it’s not hard to work out the consequences of plastering over upsets by going on a shopping bonzanza.

Wanting to be the best, or needing to be right can get you far in your ambitions if you are able to use the habits selectively and appropriately. However, if they are in control of you – if you experience them as a compulsion – they can quickly start to undermine your relationships both at work and at home.

And, at heart, all these habits are probably designed to keep anxiety and fear at bay.

But we don’t need to live from a place of fear. What would your life be like if you could transcend anxiety? How much more free, rewarding, fulfilling? How much happier?

This weekend course is designed to take you on to your next level of freeing yourself from your addictions.
