Real support for real change

When a child’s life has been turned upside-down by illness, and over-run by consultation and treatment schedules, to be able to take back some control is extremely empowering. Sarah can help your child do this, working in a way that is playful and fun, imaginative and creative.

For an ill child, there may be a great deal to be frightened of: hospital visits, medical intervention with needles, taps, medicine, machines and surgery. Sarah’s work can lessen or even dispel these anxieties, meaning your child is able to accept and benefit from the best treatment without argument with, or coercion from, parents.

Sarah can also teach you and your child simple emotion-releasing techniques that you can do together, giving you  something extra to help your child, so that they feel even more supported.
