Sarah offers one-on-one sessions either face-to-face at her practice in Guildford, on the phone, or via Skype.
Because we all have different styles of working, session times can be booked ranging from 30 – 90 minutes.
Sarah also runs regular courses and workshops.
Sarah’s approach combines a variety of supportive techniques. An essential part of her work is teaching clients some simple, but powerful, tools that can be used at home. Sarah works with both adults and children.
